What Meetingrid does
Meetingrid helps a group find a time that works for everyone. Someone creates a meeting, everyone marks their availability on a shared grid, and Meetingrid highlights where those selections overlap — no back-and-forth messages needed.
Joining is just a name
You don’t have to give any personal information if you don’t want to — pick a display name and join right away. There’s no email or password required.
The typical flow
- Join by giving a display name.
- Create a meeting, or open an invitation someone sent you.
- Mark your availability on the grid (manually, with AI, or by importing a calendar file).
- Watch the grid fill in with everyone else’s responses, and read off the times that work for everyone.
