Free by default

Every meeting starts on the free plan, with no limit on participants, invite links, or calendar imports, and a limited number of AI requests. That’s enough for most meetings, at no cost.

Boosting a meeting

If a meeting needs more AI requests than the free plan allows, or you want to remove the “Powered by Meetingrid” badge, you can boost it from the meeting’s page. A boost is a one-time payment that raises the AI-request limit and removes the badge for that specific meeting, for as long as it exists — it doesn’t affect your account or other meetings. Payment

Boosts are paid once through Stripe; Meetingrid never sees or stores your card details, and the boost takes effect as soon as payment completes.

Refunds

You can request a refund for any payment from the Billing page in your profile — open the transaction and send a request with a short reason. Each request is reviewed individually; once approved, the refund is processed by Stripe back to your original payment method.
