How do boosts work?
Open any meeting you created and look for the boost option. Buying a boost instantly raises that meeting's AI-prompt limit and removes the Meetingrid badge for its entire lifetime — it's a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.
Does a boost apply to my whole account?
No. A boost only applies to the specific meeting you bought it for. Other meetings, including new ones you create later, start on the free plan.
Are boosts refundable?
Yes — open the transaction on your Billing page and request a refund with a short reason. We review each request individually; if approved, Stripe processes the refund back to your original payment method.
