Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Meetingrid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Meetingrid is a scheduling tool that lets you create a shared availability grid, invite others to mark their availability, and find overlapping times for a meeting. Some features are offered on a paid basis. The Service also lets you submit feedback or feature requests, optionally without attaching your account to them.

3. Accounts and sessions

The Service can be used anonymously, identified only by a display name you provide and a session cookie stored in your browser, or you may optionally link a Google account or an email address to your account. If you link at least one of these methods, you can recover access to your meetings, availability data, and paid upgrades even if you lose your session cookie, by signing back in with the linked method. If you link an email or Google account that is already linked to a different account on another device, we will ask you to confirm combining the two accounts' meetings and availability into one before doing so — this is irreversible once confirmed. If you do not link any method, losing your session cookie (e.g. by clearing cookies, switching browsers or devices) results in permanent loss of access, since we have no way to verify a replacement device belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your device, session, and any linked email account secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes on others' rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Misuse the AI-assisted availability feature to submit malicious, harmful, or abusive input.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the meeting titles, availability data, avatar images, calendar files you import, and feedback or feature requests you submit ("your content"). By submitting content, you grant Meetingrid a license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the participants you share a meeting with, or, in the case of feedback and feature requests, for reviewing and acting on that submission. Calendar files are processed only to compute the availability you choose to accept and are never stored.

6. Payments

Paid features are billed as one-time payments through Stripe. Meetingrid does not collect or store your card details. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (parsing free-text availability descriptions you choose to enter), and Google (optional sign-in, if you choose to link a Google account). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers processing relevant data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetingrid and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
