What Meetingrid does

Meetingrid helps a group find a time that works for everyone. Someone creates a meeting, everyone marks the times they’re available on a shared grid, and Meetingrid highlights where those selections overlap — no back-and-forth messages needed.

Joining is just a name

There’s no email or password. Pick a display name and Meetingrid remembers you with a cookie in your browser. That’s your whole account.

The typical flow

  1. Join with a display name.
  2. Create a meeting, or open an invitation someone sent you.
  3. Mark the times you’re available on the grid (by hand, with AI, or by importing a calendar file).
  4. Watch the grid fill in as others respond, and read off the times that overlap for everyone.
