  • The join screen now shows a Meetingrid logo/wordmark linking back to the landing site.
  • Removed the option to install Meetingrid as an app on your home screen/dock. The app no longer works offline or caches itself on your device, so you’ll always see the latest version when you visit.
  • Added a “Troubleshooting” page to the documentation with simple steps to clear your browser’s cached data if the app ever looks outdated or stuck.
  • Fixed some dates showing in English regardless of your chosen language.
  • Meetingrid is now available in German, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Dutch, in addition to English and Polish.
  • Reorganized the footer links into clearer sections.
  • Fixed the Meetingrid logo not showing up in sign-in confirmation emails.

  • Reworked the availability grids’ internals for a more consistent, polished look across all view modes, with tighter and more legible avatar cells.
  • The top bar and bottom navigation now stay fixed in place while scrolling instead of scrolling away with the page content.
  • Participant lists (e.g. in the manage participants dialog) are now sorted alphabetically by name, with your own entry always shown first.
  • Added Discord as a sign-in option, alongside Google and email.
  • Added an early Discord bot: post a meeting with /post-meeting, and members can reply to it to identify themselves (availability parsing from the reply text is coming in a follow-up).
  • Added a “Discord” option in the meeting menu to invite the Meetingrid bot to a Discord server, or, once connected, jump straight to the meeting’s Discord message.
  • Discord availability replies now generate a live preview image styled to match the web app’s grid, with real avatars and colors.
  • Added a “Discord bot” page to the documentation explaining how to invite, post, create meetings from, and reply to the bot.
  • A meeting’s posted Discord preview image now also refreshes automatically when someone updates their availability on the website, not just when confirming a reply on Discord.

  • Removed aggressive app caching. The installed app now always loads the latest version after an update, instead of sometimes showing an old, stale version of the interface.
  • Fixed a bug where non-admin meeting participants could see the admin-only participant management menu (make admin, remove admin, kick), even though they had no permission to use it.
  • Fixed a bug on the join page where the name input could be hidden behind the on-screen keyboard on mobile devices.
  • Weekend days are now highlighted in the day-of-month and day-of-year availability grids, matching the day-of-week grids.
  • Weekend days are now highlighted in the time-of-week availability grids too, and the time-of-custom-dates grid’s weekend styling now matches the other time grids.
