User feedback

Why and how to tell us what's missing or broken.

Why send feedback

Meetingrid is shaped by what people actually run into -- confusing wording, a meeting type that doesn't quite fit your use case, a feature you wish existed. If something feels off or missing while you're using the app, that's exactly what this is for. It goes straight to the people building the product, not into a support queue.

Sending a request

Open your profile page and use the feedback form to describe what you'd like to see improved. You can send it anonymously if you'd rather not attach your name to it, though that also means you won't be able to delete it later or get credit if it's picked up.

What happens after you send it

Requests are reviewed by whoever's working on Meetingrid. If your idea gets built, your submission is marked Resolved on your profile page -- so you can tell at a glance which of your requests actually shipped, without having to ask.

Anonymous submissions

Non-anonymous submissions can be deleted by you at any time. Anonymous ones can't be deleted or traced back to you on request, since there's nothing linking them to your account in the first place.
